Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but should you wish to return a product to us we will be happy to refund or replace, provided the product is still in it’s packaging and in a resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging.

Once a mattress has been removed from it’s plastic wrapper we can not resell the mattress for reasons of hygiene and safety, so if you have opened the mattress and then wish to return it we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

We will also reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price if you are returning a mattress that is simply unwanted. To that end it is worth ensuring you have tried a memory foam mattress before you purchase one, and are sure it is the type of mattress you want.

If returning a mattress the initial postage costs will also be retained. Customer will then be responsible for paying the return postage costs, so you should be aware that once the mattress has expanded it will cost at least twice as much to return to us as it cost to send.
